Hello!

My name is Gabriela Néspoli. I am a Brazilian Learning Experience Designer with a Master's in Learning Design and Technology from Stanford University and 10+ years of professional experience.


I am driven to help adults and youth to reach their highest potential, learning their way to a more fulfilling, joyful, and healthy life. Leading communities to the development of the knowledge and skills they need to flourish - especially historically marginalized educators and students - is my most significant contribution to a more socially just world.


This purpose led me to found Florens.design.


My clients value me for combining empathy, creativity, and depth of knowledge with project management and strong communication skills. As an excellence-oriented professional, I am conscientious of the smallest details and aesthetics and accept nothing but the highest quality standards. 


Before flying solo, I created and implemented innovative educational projects and policies at the Lemann Foundation, impacting the lives of over 1MI Brazilian public school educators and students, led middle and high–school classrooms as a sustainability, entrepreneurship, and design teacher, and developed research-based curriculum for Brazilian and U.S-based institutions.
